Prep School

Prep School is a 4-week intro to the vertical world. Kids learn the fundamentals, build confidence and leave ready to climb on their own.

What they’ll learn

• Climbing movement and technique
• Problem solving on the wall
• Basic knot tying
• Climbing commands and safety checks
• How to belay, managing the rope to keep their partner safe

The details

• When: 4 sessions, Wednesdays or Fridays 5–6:30pm. Pick a night and come all 4 weeks.
• Includes: All gear (shoes, harness, belay device, chalk) plus a one-month membership so they can practice between classes
• No experience needed

What’s next? Graduates can join Basecamp (ages 8–11) or Alpine (ages 12–17), our after-school Climbing Clubs.
